Provision of Our Healthcare Services
Data collection in the context of providing healthcare services in the practice
In connection with your treatment at our practice, we process general personal data and health data. On the personal information forms (physical or digital) for patient admission, you provide us with general personal data (in particular, name and contact details). You also provide details of attending physicians and your insurance policies. Some of this personal data (patient master data) can also be retrieved directly from your insurance card or the database of your insurer.

As part of service delivery, we process your health data. This includes information about your past or current health status, your physiotherapy and therapy progress, as well as the use and billing of additional healthcare services. Health data (in the form of text, images, audio, or video) is collected or created by our therapists during examinations or treatments in the practice. In addition, we receive health data from doctors who refer you to us or who have treated you previously.

Communication with You, Information, and Additional Services

Personal data processed in communication:
When you contact us by e-mail or phone, send feedback or inquiries through the feedback form on our website, apply for a position, or register for physiotherapy, a consultation, our events, or courses, we collect the information you provide. This includes general personal data such as first name, last name, e-mail address, and telephone number.

If we offer online appointment booking, we collect the personal data you provide in order to manage the appointment booking. On our feedback form, you may also provide information about the reason for your physiotherapy. The provision of feedback and disclosure of health data in this context is always voluntary.

If you apply for a position, we collect your CV and other details about your qualifications that you submit as part of your application dossier.
